Friday March 14th is WORLD SLEEP DAY...
A day dedicated to raising awareness of the importance of sleep.
(NO- it is not a day to sleep!)
Students found out that it is a day to promote healthy sleep habits and patterns.
Students have been examining their own sleep patterns.
Many students are not getting the recommended amount for teens which is 9 hours.
Given it is a world event, it shows that sleep deprivation and the effects of sleep deprivation have world wide implications.
